I wonder why and what happened in side there. She said she is a laughter yoga teacher. That sounds interesting to me. I heard the client has been doing yoga teacher for over 10 years in Seattle. I am very curious about that.
Since I laugh so hard, my eye wrinkles come up so bad, so that I have been avoiding laughing so hard. However, since I know it, it sounds I need to do it. Things happen for reasons is what I believe. 😊
I have never thought laughter reflexology, but sounds interesting. 😉
By the way, my husband hurt his arch bone by playing tennis yesterday.
I offered him salt foot bath with pizza last night. After 30 min soaking his feet, his feet skin that used to need baby foot to clean his feet turned very soft. His skin is very dry usually since he does tennis and aikido so hard. Salt bath is not like western medicine so that it is very hard to feel better or worse. But it is even better than nothing. It turned a little soft. At least his emotion turned very calm.
