When I think about my life, it is totally slowliving. I wake up early like 6 am every morning, petting dogs in the morning, cook break fast as much as possible,and driving slowly to save energy.
My speaking speed no matter what kinds of languages I speak is slow. I remember somebody said I speak like a Japanese learner. I tell you I am from Japan originally. I have been here for ten years. It is too short to forget Japanese language. My friend said it is good to speak slowly. I stopped raking it as a part of my negative points.
Anyway, I do reflexology very slowly also.
I believe reflexology should be taken so slowly,then clients can relax and breath deeply during session.
I noticed if I do slowliving, I started to hear what to do the next. Not like thinking of something that you have to do, it just come out naturally. I just let it happen always,and am very thankfull to everything that happens to me.
