Thanksgiving

Turkey is my favorite holiday food. 12 years ago, I did not like it at all. Pie for holiday were not favorite for me either. However, I love those now. It took 12 years. 😅

Since one of my friends died for being sick last year, I needed to think about my tradition in America. My family were invited to my friends dinner party since We don't do thanksgiving in Japan, but I began to think of that I have to, and I want to do since my son is raised in U.S.A.  Can not force him to accept my culture if he does not want.

He still understands what I says in Japanese. I am very thankful for that.

Last week my son told me that he wanted a big brother. I asked why he wants, and he said one of his friends adapted one who is 14 y.o. I have never heard such a news from them why..  We had a chance to ask them about it, and they said it is about a bear that has a name and birthday.

I wish I could adapt a little kid for

my son.

Since then he stopped asking me about a brother, and he says he is very thankful to have me and his father as a family for thanksgiving holidays.

I wish I would have another child, but it will not happen anymore. I play and I read with him,and I invite his friends over my house to have more fun.
