When do you check your weigh?

I usually check my weigh in the morning before I eat breakfast. It was 75 kg, but it seems being success to lose my weigh. Currently my weigh is 73kg. People say I don't need to lose my weigh, but I feel like I need to lose some more till 65kg for my joint. I don't want to be 55kg since I tend to get sick every month.

This is what I have been doing. I am a busy mom and reflexologist so that I have no time to go to gym. However I have been trying to eat great,drink well, and relaxed well. I eat meat a lot, fish two days a week, having reflexology season with my reflexologist every week, aroma therapy, and drink hydrogenated water two packs every day.

The reason why I do aromatherapy and reflexology is to keep myself good balance for my mental. People are stressed,and eat crazy mount of sweets. They don't notice how much they eat. I hope they try reflexology in stead of eating. No bread !

The reason why I drink hydrogenated water is that it is my job. I am selling it. Also I am skeptical about hydrogenized water still. I don't want to try any medicines,but water is halmless. Why don't I try to feel how my body going to react. So far I eliminated great.(you know what I meant#2.) still need to keep checking my weigh and feel how I feel every day.

So far still no head ache, feeling happy, skin looks a little better, and good energy to do reflexology my clients and my family. If I am tired I can not do great reflexology.It is my work so that I have to be healthy.

You may know my son does tics. He has been twitching his eyes. He does not do arm tics any more. Still eye tic he does. Howeve the greatest thing is he does not feel shoulder or neck pain by tics. It is great thing as a parent. I don't want to give him medicine for his condition.i usually do reflexology since he wants me to do it,and he fell asleep. It is the greatest result I have ever seen.

The medicine is like Omamori in Japanese. He has been also drinking hydrogenized water. He likes it.
