足底筋膜炎 planter fasciitis

Have you felt any pain on your sole? If you feel pain, it may be planter fasciitis. My husband has been playing tennis 4 days in a week. He loves play more than sleeping. I told him he could be fine to work as like pro tennis player all years. They don't play game in December.

This time, my husband kept saying bad pain, Dr. Said it is planter fasciitis...I suggested not to play for a while, but he can not stop playing.. Playing tennis is to live his life..

If he is a pro tennis player, he is at the age to get retired as a pro. He needs rest. I decided to give him reflexology to stretch his feet gently. I do eat reflexology when both my son snd husband sleep, but now indeed need to work on his feet.

I will keep recoding how he will feel by reflexology. Also he is trying loosing weigh.
