Do you like tennis? I do love tennis. I started playing tennis about 13 years ago. I joined a group lesson at first, and I have been playing with my friend. Not game since I am not good at serve.
My family purchased practice ball that is green color ball. It is a little softer than yellow balls. Before that ball, I really enjoyed an orange ball that is not firm at all. It won’t go out from base line so that I could keep hitting strong as I would.
If you would like to try, you can try it before yellow ball. Most of my friends get discouraged to see their balls go over fence.
I can not wait for spring and summer. For now I still cough so bad when I do sport.
Bicycle, jogging, hiking,swimming.. for now I stay home.
Most my clients loves natural healings. Yesterday one client brought me a Yoga balm. I mostly use aroma oil for deep breathing during each session,but I introduced Yoga balm. I was not sure how it works. I forgot to ask them. They were sleeping well. I hope the quality of the relaxation time with Yoga balm went greater.
Since we all work hard without doing deep breathing, we do all breath, but not really deep. It is shallow normally, and our heart rhythm mostly goes faster that cause stress.
My family father is in a hospital irregular heart rhythm for 5 days. I was so worried about his life,and I cried a lot. This stress caused bad reaction of my digestive system. I normally get calm when I reflexology with my clients, but this time I needed to receive reflexology session for me. It helps me to center myself to figure out what it is most important. Then I stop thinking of other things. Playing tennis also helps me to center myself. You may see me playing tennis ( I might be crying at the same time.)
