9/8/2018 0 Comments Reflexology and hospice care.My father-in-law passed last week. I have been visiting him almost everyday to do reflexology. Even when he could not talk, he smiled at me and hand gestures to request reflexology. His feet and hands were very cold and restless, but he always big thumbs up to say “thank you”. He was most generous person I have ever met in my life through living together for 10 years. I fell asleep last night as I watched Japanese movie. When I noticed this morning, my phone was sitting right next to me. Head ache I had. Big regret in my mind. I expected my client was coming to my father in law house for Reflexology session. So much upset I was by head ache. I can not breath well... I tried to walk out side and looked at birds in the back yard. Mindfulness toward nature. I needed to keep trying to do mindful even during the session. I saw a woodpecker came to look for worms. My head started feeling better. In our lives, we tend to keep forcussing one thing that cause most stress. Once you practice to add new information and new experience mindfully, your focusing move onto new, and old things will be gone. Reflexology is that kind of therapy to move onto the next thing so that you feel like you are new person after your session. Hello! This is Junko here. My family has been eating vegetable extract every day for over 8 month now. I am not much interested in coming vegetable at home so that taking them is really great. I actually love eating vegetable too,but not every day. If you are interested in what it is, ask me. It has been saving my money for MD care. I recently joined life insurance, the health check result says I am healthy so that I could apply the lowest rate. Yes! I love playing tennis,running,walking.. I used to have leg pain,but not any more do that do happy to be able to run. 2/12/2018 3 Comments I love tennis.Do you like tennis? I do love tennis. I started playing tennis about 13 years ago. I joined a group lesson at first, and I have been playing with my friend. Not game since I am not good at serve. My family purchased practice ball that is green color ball. It is a little softer than yellow balls. Before that ball, I really enjoyed an orange ball that is not firm at all. It won’t go out from base line so that I could keep hitting strong as I would. If you would like to try, you can try it before yellow ball. Most of my friends get discouraged to see their balls go over fence. I can not wait for spring and summer. For now I still cough so bad when I do sport. Bicycle, jogging, hiking,swimming.. for now I stay home. 2/8/2018 0 Comments Yoga balmMost my clients loves natural healings. Yesterday one client brought me a Yoga balm. I mostly use aroma oil for deep breathing during each session,but I introduced Yoga balm. I was not sure how it works. I forgot to ask them. They were sleeping well. I hope the quality of the relaxation time with Yoga balm went greater. Since we all work hard without doing deep breathing, we do all breath, but not really deep. It is shallow normally, and our heart rhythm mostly goes faster that cause stress. My family father is in a hospital irregular heart rhythm for 5 days. I was so worried about his life,and I cried a lot. This stress caused bad reaction of my digestive system. I normally get calm when I reflexology with my clients, but this time I needed to receive reflexology session for me. It helps me to center myself to figure out what it is most important. Then I stop thinking of other things. Playing tennis also helps me to center myself. You may see me playing tennis ( I might be crying at the same time.) Both tennis and Reflexology help me breath deeper. Also Yoga balm helped me breath well. I will share it with you if you would like to use it. 1/26/2018 0 Comments Caught a cold.I had reflexology session for myself by Elena. I thought I should not go to her place since I had fever,but I did because I needed a quick recovery. I usually feel great feeling, but my joint pain from fever bothered me to stay irritated during session. As a result, I slept great last night. Fever has gone. The next day my headache was still there. I had no time to buy salt for cleansing on the day. When I got back home, I was still dizzy.. it was 8:30 pm. I was a little scared to go to s beach alone, so that I asked my husband to come with me. I carried my blanket in my car. As soon as I got at beach, I started walking, took off my shose, pat my head with ocean water. Then again walked on beach line for 30 min. It was super cold, but I felt I am becoming different person. The next day, I had a pregnant client so that I did Reflexology in great condition. |
