My family feet ..

My dog enjoys out side. If I go inside, he comes with me even though he is allowed to stay out side. ☺️sweet my dog he is.

My aunt has been suffering chronic foot pain since she had screws in her knees and ankles since she fell on ice long time ago. Plus she had a cancer surgery from her breast last week. 

I noticed she walked a little strange, so I ask her if she has pain. She said "yes". 

I asked her to sit on my chair,and gave her foot reflexology for 20 min. 

Since she is a diabetic patient so that I did a little gently with sweet almond oil. Since she has some skin issue so that I wore a pair of grove for my hands. 

Surprisingly her feet has many tender points in her feet. Within 10 min she started feeling great and no pain at that time. 

Her legs swollenes has reduced 8 mm down at the end of the session.  😊 she went back home happily without pain.  

She is 74 year old lady. 

I hope she is okay to go through chemo therapy that is happening very soon.
