Nightmare

Nightmare

My son (9)and I still sleep together. Last night he asked me to hug him in the bed. I said sure. Then he was shaking so badly. He said he had a nightmare that was really scary.

I explained about that our brains review everything we saw and experienced through the night.

I asked him what he saw. He said he played video game. I don't understand why people creat how people die by car accident as a video game. If you see, it is gross. Body parts go apart. I don't say the name of the game here. I told him not to play it anymore, and he said he would erase the game.

My husband and I discussed about the game, and he says it is just graphic art. Also it might be a great opportunity to learn how human body goes apart by car accident.

However, nightmare is not happy result at all.

Hugging him for about 30 min, but still he was shaking..poor my son.

Then I started giving him face reflexology and eat reflexology very slowly.

Then he fell asleep. He has been having since he was little child.

Reflexology is not like a body massage.

I don't fix twisted muscle. I touch reflexology zones that are connected to actual organs.

Once brain and organs started being calm, the person get calm, fall asleep.

You might have had a head ache, and you might have taken pain medicines.

I would like you to try a reflexology session once, your brain wave will stay calm by having reflexology. Your brain wave will connect right level just naturally.
