Sleeping with a cell phone caused head ache.

I fell asleep last night as I watched Japanese movie. When I noticed this morning, my phone was sitting right next to me.

Head ache I had. Big regret in my mind.

I expected my client was coming to my father in law house for Reflexology session. So much upset I was by head ache. I can not breath well... I tried to walk out side and looked at birds in the back yard.

Mindfulness toward nature.

I needed to keep trying to do mindful even during the session. I saw a woodpecker came to look for worms. My head started feeling better.

In our lives, we tend to keep forcussing one thing that cause most stress. Once you practice to add new information and new experience mindfully, your focusing move onto new, and old things will be gone.

Reflexology is that kind of therapy to move onto the next thing so that you feel like you are new person after your session.
